Summary/Abstract
Background: Evidence says that a program like INSPIRE will be effective in improving student learning and engagement.
Primary Aim: Does INSPIRE improve predictors of evidence based teaching at ACU?
Evidence-based teaching is influenced by the staff's COM–B: capability, opportunity, motivation, and self reported behaviour.
Secondary Aim: What's working well? What could be better?
We will measure website analytics and user engagement of INSPIRE site.
We will also conduct qualitative interviews of people who use and don't use the program.
